The Hamburg Dungeon brings together an amazing cast of theatrical actors, special effects, scenes and rides in an exciting walk-through experience that will introduce your students to society and life in key moments of Hamburg‘s darkest past, including the great fire of Hamburg, the Christmas storm tide of 1717 and a visit of the plague hospital.

FIXED TIME SLOT RESERVATION

This ticket automatically includes a time slot reservation and is therefore only valid on the booked date and time for our English show.

 

FREE ADMISSION FOR TEACHERS

School tickets are bookable for 10 or more pupils. Two accompanying adults per group (10-34 pupils) are free of charge. The free tickets for the accompanying persons are automatically added to the shopping cart. Please note that teachers remain responsible for supervision during the entire show. The school group must be accompanied by two adults

 

FREE CANCELLATION

School tickets purchased directly with us can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 working days before your planned visit date. Please contact schulstorno@merlinentertainments.biz for cancellations and include your booking confirmation number. Unused tickets cannot be refunded on site.

BOOKING BY INVOICE

For group sizes of 30 people or more, we offer booking by invoice*.
Simply send us an email for invoice enquiries with details of your preferred date and the number of participants to schattentaler@hamburgdungeon.com

* Please note: When paying by invoice, it is not possible to amend or cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the visit date. This option is only available through our online shop. Free rebooking of your tickets is possible up to 7 days before the scheduled visit.

COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSION FOR BUS DRIVER (m/f/d)

We are pleased to offer a free accompanying admission for bus drivers. Please register this in advance by email (stating your booking number) so that we can add it to your booking.
On-site admission is only possible subject to availability.
