York Dungeon has been snowballed!

York Dungeon has been officially snowballed!

That's right, Snowball Community, as seen on BBC's Dragons Den, visited us in November 2025 to perform a full accessibility assessment. They were really impressed with the improvements that our team have made in recent years to make the York Dungeon as accessible and inclusive for as many potential "victims" as possible!

We received an Accessibility rating of 4/5, which for a 140 year old building we are very proud of!

Our assessment report also includes some recommendations that we will be working on in the coming months.

Our Accessibility rating and certificate are proudly displayed at our Admissions entrance.
