"Dungheads FC" take on the "Scarborough Sea Leopards" in charity football match

Our very won York Dungeon football team, "Dungheads FC" recently took part in a first ever inter-site football match against the "Scarborough Sea Leopards" of Sea Life Scarborough in Scarborough!

Two squads of 10 players battled it out in an 8-a-side, 50 minute match, raising over £200 for the Bradley Lowery Foundation and the soon to be opened #SuperBradsPad, a brilliant initiative in memory of a young boy who inspired and continues to inspire so many football fans and many others as well across the country. And a valued charity partner of Merlin's Magic Wand too.

Thank you and well done to the Sea Life Scarborough Merlin's Magic Wand Charity Champion Josh for organising and inviting us to take part, and to the rest of the Scarborough team for hosting us.

It was our General Manager Mark's first time refereeing a game and he was glad to report that no yellow or red cards were required!

Looking forward to hosting our Yorkshire coast rivals in the reverse fixture later this year!
