What can you expect inside?

More than a tour...

The London Dungeon is an immersive walkthrough experience where you'll see, hear and experience 1,000 years of London's darkest history. Expect live actors, theatrical sets, special effects, storytelling and scares around every corner.

Before you enter, here's what to expect:

  • Duration: Approximately 75 minutes, excluding queue times.
  • Walking & standing: This is a walk-through experience, and guests will stand for most of the tour.
  • Darkness & loud noises: Expect low lighting, special effects, loud sounds, strong smells and occasional jump scares.
  • Audience interaction: Our live actors may invite guests to participate, but actors will never touch or chase you.
  • Ride restrictions: Drop Dead: Drop Ride is optional and has height and health restrictions. Alternative routes are available.
  • Recommended age: The attraction is recommended for ages 12+, although children aged 5 and over are welcome. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
