If you have tickets and want to change the date of your visit, you can use our booking portal. This service is free of charge. You can amend your booking up to 5 times.
Is a facemask mandatory?
After the new measures announced on 28/9/2020, wearing a facemask is mandatory for the time being.
In what languages are the tours?
We offer English and Dutch tours, which will depart depending on the amount of waiting English- or Dutch visitors.
What is the minimum age for a visit to the Amsterdam Dungeon?
We advice an age of 10 years and older. However, we don’t check for a birth date at the ticket desk and assume that the (adult)guidance estimates if the child is old enough. Children until 12 years always need a guidance from someone who is above 16.
How long does the tour takes?
A tour takes around between 30 and 45 minutes.
When does a new tour depart?
We have a new tour every 15 minutes. At the ticket desk you can mention if you would like to do the tour in English or Dutch.
How many people can go in one tour?
Due to Covid-19 the number of people in a tour is reduced from a maximum of 30 to a maximum of 8 people.
Where is the Amsterdam Dungeon?
The Amsterdam Dungeon is situated on the Rokin, in the city centre of Amsterdam. For more information, please check our travel and directions page.
Do I need to print out my online purchased tickets?
All tickets that you can purchase on the website of the Amsterdam Dungeon doesn’t need to be printed, we can scan these tickets via mobile phone! In case you purchased tickets on another website, we recommend you to contact the provider.
I bought a ticket via this website without a specific date. Can I still visit The Amsterdam Dungeon with this ticket?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept tickets without a date and time slot. We can convert this ticket to a desired date and time, please contact us via email@example.com or 020 5308 500
I have booked the wrong date / time slot. Can I still change this?
Yes this is possible. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number and desired date and time slot. We will then send you a new ticket.
I have a discount coupon. Can I come to the cash register of The Amsterdam Dungeon with this?
We only allow visitors who have bought a ticket through theamsterdamdungeon.nl
