We look forward to welcoming you traitors!
To ensure that when we whisk you back to see, hear and (ahem!) smell the capital’s perilous past it's in the safest way possible, we've introduced a number of enhanced Heath & Safety practices. Below are some of the measures you will see during your visit. Tickets for visiting the London Dungeon have been reduced in number to allow for social distancing measures. Pre-book tickets to guarantee entry.
We have been awarded the VisitEngland ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry charter mark. This verifies that our attraction meets the Government and public health guidance on COVID-19 and that we have all the required health and safety processes in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.

Following the latest UK Government update, we can confirm that the London Dungeon remains OPEN. The health and safety of our guests and team is always our number one priority and to keep everyone safe we have the highest standard of health and safety measures in place, which you’ll see when you next visit.
Please use this guide to help you decide if you can still visit the London Dungeon
- From the 17th October we ask that all guests adhere to the latest Government guidance and only visit our attraction with members from their our own household or support bubble.
- As a COVID-19 Secure venue we can still host larger numbers in total but groups from separate households must not mix or form larger groups. We will continue to monitor Government guidance closely.
