HOW LONG DO TOURS LAST?

The tours last approximately 80 minutes no matter what time you enter. This is excluding queuing times which may vary.

WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO VISIT?

Good question. We love a dark Halloween night ourselves, but for the rest of the year there's just one thing you need to remember. Like any amazingly funny, brilliantly designed and executed (ha ha) attraction... we are very popular. Our guests love us and tend to come back time and time again.

So... make it easy on yourself. BOOK A TICKET IN ADVANCE. That way you:

  • Get to visit when YOU want
  • Know that your place is reserved
  • You will get the best available price & could save 20%
  • AND you get priority entrance over the loveable, but ultimately less-organised folk who turn up at the last minute.

Right. Does that make sense? Great, so you know what you have to do. The best way to be sure you have time is to grab a ticket in advance.

MERLIN ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS

Online Booking

If you are a Standard of Premium Annual Pass holder you can now pre-book your tickets online here

Box Office Booking at the Attraction on the day

When you arrive, you will as normal join the queue to get in, however when the queue starts to build, rather than waiting in line the team will issue you a ticket for the first available 15 timeslot to return.   At the specified time you can return and gain access to the attraction by showing the team at the door both your Merlin Annual Pass and ticket we issued.

Whilst it is inevitable there may be a small queue to secure your time, and there will always be a short wait in our pre-show area we hope to see a significant reduction in the time you queue – and that in turn this will really improve your visit.

Due to the popularity of the attraction in holiday periods, we recommend arriving as early in the day as possible to secure your preferred timeslot and avoid disappointment.  If in the event that we are unable to give you the timeslot you require on that day, we will book you into a timeslot on another day of your choice.
