Exhaustive research has been done to create this area within the Berlin Dungeon as accurately as possible. The walls and flooring have been created by using real photos from of the Silesian Station in the 19th century. The materials used replicate the building style from that time.

The special effects used in serial killer Großmann's flat have been further developed to create fantastic illusions and surprises. Especially the advanced sound system used in this show creates a great mixture of scare, fun and astonishment.
