We offer English and Dutch tours, which will depart depending on the amount of waiting English- or Dutch visitors.

We advice an age of 10 years and older. However, we don’t check for a birth date at the ticket desk and assume that the (adult)guidance estimates if the child is old enough. Children until 12 years always need a guidance from someone who is above 16. 

A tour takes around between 30 and 45 minutes.

 

We have a new tour every 15 minutes. At the ticket desk you can mention if you would like to do the tour in English or Dutch.

 

Due to Covid-19 the number of people in a tour is reduced from a maximum of 30 to a maximum of 8 people.

The Amsterdam Dungeon is situated on the Rokin, in the city centre of Amsterdam. For more information, please check our travel and directions page.

 

All tickets that you can purchase on the website of the Amsterdam Dungeon doesn’t need to be printed, we can scan these tickets via mobile phone! In case you purchased tickets on another website, we recommend you to contact the provider.

No, unfortunately we cannot accept tickets without a date and time slot. We can convert this ticket to a desired date and time, please contact us via info@theamsterdamdungeon.nl or 020 5308 500

Yes this is possible. Please send an email to info@theamsterdamdungeon.nl with your confirmation number and desired date and time slot. We will then send you a new ticket.

We only allow visitors who have bought a ticket through theamsterdamdungeon.nl

Yes this is possible. We can change your booking to another date free of charge and on the same conditions. We are happy to help you make a new reservation. Mail us at info@theamsterdamdungeon.nl
