From time to time the Dungeons work with selective promotional partners. Please note that all promotional offers can't be used when buying Dungeon online tickets. Dungeon online tickets give fast track entry which will give priority entry and will reduce queue time. Fast Track entry is not valid with any other offer.

1. The voucher is valid for one free admission when one of equal or greater value is purchased.
2. The offer is valid until date stated on voucher.
3. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.
4. The voucher has no cash value.
5. The voucher is non refundable and non exchangeable.
6. Photocopies are not accepted.
7. Only one voucher per transaction permitted.
8. The Dungeons reserve the right to alter, close or remove details/exhibits without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons, and that no refunds can be given in these circumstances.
9. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children (entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian).
10. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
11. The Dungeons reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation.
